Orlin Home is a popular YouTuber who has amassed a following of over 285,000 subscribers. He is also known as Nikocado Avocado’s on and off again partner.

After meeting, the two tied the knot in 2017, but they have had a rocky relationship since. They’ve been separated a couple of time but it wasn’t serious.

In January 2020, Perry posted a video titled “We Broke Up,” where he blamed negative comments for their split.

In another video, Perry discussed the breakup again while eating a large amount of Taco Bell and revealed that he wanted to quit vlogging because of the split.

However, Perry has continued to make videos and has continued to work with Home, making the status of their relationship unclear.

In May 2022, Perry posted another video titled “We Broke Up,” but this time, Home was present.

In the beginning, the two appeared to be in an argument, and Home was heard behind the camera yelling: “You literally ruined my life, you ruined my body, you made me a miserable, sad, depressed person because you’re so f***ing mean. You’re so controlling.”

He also repeatedly called Perry “evil” and “controlling” and was seen crying.

How did Nikocado and Orlin meet?

In 2016, Perry posted a video revealing how he and Home met.

According to the video, the two met in a Facebook group for vegan men.

After meeting up in New York, the two remained friends, but their relationship eventually evolved as time went on.

Perry began his YouTube career as a vegan vlogger but eventually gave up the diet and switched to eating unhealthy amounts of fast food.

Nikocado Avocado and Orlin Home lived in Chic-Fil-A where their wedding was filmed from. They were together since April 10, 2017. They lived in Colombia for three years before moving to Florida. Prior to YouTube, Nikocado worked as a freelance violinist in New York City.

Nikocado Avocado was rumored to be dead

In July 2022, “Nikocado Avocado dead” started trending online, suggesting that the popular YouTuber had passed away.

The rumors were linked to a since-deleted video titled: “Nikocado Avocado Passed Away (Trigger Warning), pray for his family #nikocadoavocado,” which amassed over 7,000 likes.

The short video suggested that the mukbang mogul died because he did not post a video on his main channel for 8 days, and mentioned the YouTuber’s heart problems.

“He has posted every single day for about 5 years straight. Then suddenly, he disappeared like 8 days ago. No warning and no explanation, nothing. Gone,” the video reads.

However, there was no evidence that Perry has passed away so some fans speculate that he is taking a much-needed break from social media.

Nikocado Avocado’s husband confirms and explains split and death rumors

Nick’s partner Orlin shared that after six years, the couple was breaking up and that they would no longer be appearing in each other’s videos in the future.

Although Orlin and Niko have claimed to be breaking up in the past, since the post went live on July 6, they have not uploaded a video together.

In a follow-up post on July 12, Orlin shot down rumors about the YouTuber’s health amid his absence from the platform.

“Nick is alive. Nick is doing well and is taking a break from social media due to some personal issues that were previously discussed in my last post.”

Orlin has grown his own YouTube channel to over 280k subscribers with mukbang content over the last few years.

Although Nikocado Avocado’s fans were worried about his health, it seems that the YouTuber has merely stepped away from uploading for some privacy.
