How Many Subscribers Does MrBeast Have Right Now? Is MrBeast The King Of YouTube?

YouTuber Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson has officially surpassed PewDiePie as YouTube’s most subscribed individual content creator just weeks after hitting 100M subscribers on the platform.

MrBeast has been making YouTube videos for over a decade, and in that time he has become one of the most popular creators on the platform.

He’s known for his wild video ideas that feature increasingly bizarre challenges, as well as his efforts in philanthropy such as the Team Trees and Team Seas campaigns.

MrBeast planned to do his most expensive video eveer for hitting 100 million subs. At 99 million subscribers, Jimmy was getting ever closer to hitting that massive 100 million subscriber milestone on his main channel, and on July 17, 2022, the star revealed that he has something impressive in the works to celebrate.

On Twitter, he wrote: “We’ve been working on our 100 million subscriber special all year and it’s my most expensive and insane video ever! I can’t wait to hit 100 mil and upload this.”

The fact that this is set to be his most expensive video to date has got the attention of fans, as Jimmy and his team have already done some enormous YouTube projects.

In 2021 he uploaded what became his most successful video to date in the form of his Squid Game recreation, which he estimated to cost around $3.5 million including building and production costs, as well as prizes.

MrBeast gave away a private island in a competition to celebrate his 100M subscriber achievement, and now, many are wondering what he’ll do next.

How many subscribers does MrBeast have right now?

Currently, in 2023, MrBeast is declared the king of YouTube as he has over 128 million subscribers while his only competitor PewDiePie has 111 million subscribers.

He is the most subscribed individual content creator on YouTube and falls in the top 5 most subscirbed channels on the platform today.

Over the last few years, Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson has become one of the fastest-rising YouTubers on the Google-owned platform, having blown through his goal of 100 million subs back in July.

Now, he has secured his spot as the site’s most subscribed content creator, overtaking long-time Swedish creator PewDiePie. On November 54, 2022, MrBeast blew past PewDiePie’s subscriber count by several thousand subs, with a total of 111,851,893 on his main channel.

This accomplishment means that MrBeast is the most subscribed individual content creator on the Google-owned platform.

MrBeast hasn’t just been seeing success with his YouTube endeavors lately — he also revealed in July (2022) that his wildly popular burger chain MrBeast Burger has made over $100 million in revenue, which is shared with the restaurants that fulfill the orders.
