At every internship, he would try something new. His first time landing in the United States was for an interview for Citadel in Chicago as a software engineering intern. Like, I don’t think I have it, but maybe it’s just like a sadness thing,” Ma said. “I also don’t like using that word because maybe I feel like I’m using it sparingly, and also because it makes it feel more real.”
