Pictures of what celebrities, influencers, actors, musicians, public figures, and personalities wore at the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs 2021). From elegant gowns to massive jewels, these looks made a statement on screen.

The 2021 MTV Video Music Awards returned to New York City on Sunday. Doja Cat hosted the live broadcast, which aired on MTV. 

Lil Nas X, Alicia Keys, and Megan Fox are among the stars to hit the red carpet at the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards, marking the channel’s 40th anniversary.

Justin Bieber won artist of the year and the show mixed moments from early stars like Cyndi Lauper and show opener Madonna with high-octane performances from newer figures such as Olivia Rodrigo, Camila Cabello, and Chloe Bailey.

Justin Bieber took home awards for Artist of the Year and Best Pop while Olivia Rodrigo earned the Song of the Year award and Lil Nas X received the coveted Video of the Year award.
