Even during this bizarre year, Faze Rug has, unsurprisingly, managed to keep himself busy. The popular YouTube star has tackled the COVID-era by working on video projects.
He is one of the few who were consistently releasing back-to-back content on his 20.6 million subscribed YouTube channel to entertain his fans.
If you are an avid Faze Rug fan you surely know he was residing in his parents’ house for close to a year after he sold him and made a huge profit out of it.
At only 23 years, FaZe Rug bought a house. He purchased the home for $4.25 million in June 2020. Previously he lived in another city with his parents and brother, Brawadis. After times of teasing his fans with his house, he officially made his house tour video.
The house had a total of 7,728 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Some other awesome features include a movie theater, a bar, a gorgeous modern pool and so much more.
According to Famous Celebrity Homes, Faze Rug sold that home on 4/8/21 for $4.5 million. So in less than a year, he was able to profit $250,000 from the sale. This led to him living with his parents. However, he has acquired and flaunted his new house in 2022.

The new Faze Rug house was finally revealed when he released his new video, titled “I Bought My Dream House (Full Tour)” – full video down below, after months of waiting to see if Rug would buy a new house after selling his last home last year.
Faze Rug, real name Brian Awadis purchased the house on 1/24/22 for $4.4 million. The house is located near San Diego in the same city as his parent’s house. The huge mansion has 6,714 square feet of living space which includes 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Because the house is located in such a prestigious neighborhood, the HOA monthly cost is $650. Other awesome features include a 4 car garage, fire pit, huge outdoor bbq space, and a basketball court.
